If I put myself in her shoes, here's the conundrum I face:

Reading superchats all at once is a good way to get them all out of the way in one swoop, while still having a fun stream. But if I was a vtuber even I would get fed up doing it because despite how much I might love my fans and appreciate their support, reading superchats is still the most mundane thing you could possibly do for a few hours.

Gets rid of the thought in the back of my head reminding me that I have to spend hours reading walls of text. All superchats will be read and done with before the week ends. But this also means that streams will feel longer and sometimes you just want to call it a day after you're finished playing the game (or whatever else you were streaming).

tl;dr. There's no real "fix". You either do it or don't, and if it's inconvenient at times then that comes with the territory of doing any form of superchat reading.
