I regret reading into this drama and even more so trying to form a cohesive narrative in my head about any of it. That anon yesterday was right, this is less than a nothingburger. All it shows is that people take things too seriously. It's unfathomable how much unnecessary stress this puts on the girls, not because of any real stakes mind you, but because they've got to live with the fact that a sizable chunk of their fans want nothing more than hot goss to edge to, like they legitimately get off to reading Twitlongers and have to stifle moans when they hear the term 'ratio.' Nobody's being abused, groomed, taken advantage of, swatted, hurt in any meaningful way. Every single piece of drama in the indie vtuber community starts and ends at fingers going clickity clackity. Tell me when one of these lying fuckers loses their IRL job or starts being stalked. I'm going to enjoy streams from people who enjoy what they're doing instead of letting schizos invade my mind.
