I disagree. If I had to start a video game stream right now it would be no issue, just hit go live, start the game and keep streaming until I don't want to anymore. You put 0 thought into your "God of War Kratos edition part 7" stream.
For a proper react stream you have to think of a theme, collect some videos and do at least some basic preparations.

Video game streams are lazier and lower effort than react content.
