Sometimes it's just an mp3, sometimes it's a webm with sound- just depends on what the author of the soundpost decided to use for the audio reference in the url.

The other way is to copy the referenced url in the filename, put it into here

That button in the bottom right will download the audio referenced in the soundpost url for you. However, if for the source audio for a webm they referenced an mp3 and not the same webm but with sound, you'll only get an mp3 of the audio.

So for this soundpost, if you download it, you should get a webm with audio, since it's referenced url is referencing a webm

But this soundpost references an .ogg for it's audio, so while it'll sync with the mute webm in the post, downloading it will just get you an .ogg and you'll have to recombine yourself somehow.
