Reading over this thread I have nothing to add really, most of the major points were covered. I just wonder why/how Mori is like this.

So, if I remember how she was a year and half+ ago (last time I actually cared about her even in the slightest, which I barely ever did), she seemed to talk about basically being downtrodden and disregarded in school and so on. Like, people betray her and everyone's out to get her etc. I wonder if maybe she's just always been like this and she mistakes people getting tired of her ways as it being somehow their fault they lose enthusiasm and stop talking to her. Like, she is unable to tell that her behavior drives people away and blames everyone else.

If she's even 10% like she is in plain-jane reality off the stage as she acts as Mori, she'd be insufferable the more you know her. The thing is, I have a feeling she's probably a pretty normal chill person when she isn't under the impression she has to put on an act of some kind for some kind of work or even just social function, like she shifts into a business/socializing mode but it's so stiff and obvious it'd have been better if she just never did that.

Why do Vtubers HAVE to be streamers? Any time a vtuber "debuts" it's always a streamer, they just do regular ass twitch streams with little avatars in the corner. It's so strange to me, because you see clip channels end up being the actual source of most vtuber viewership now, yet vtubers insist they have to be streamers. With how big clip channels are, wouldn't it be more rational for vtubers to just be let's players/do short form content videos rather than rely on doing 2 hour streams every other day and hope you say something silly enough for a clip channel to save and get millions of views off of that might not even come back to your channel?
