Pekora just woke up and desperately misses nousagi and the chat providing her with her only form of human contact she can handle and reinforcing her paper-thin ego and sense of self-worth.
After waking up, she probably showered[Sad News], and is going to run downstairs and try not to be seen before probably squirreling away some food into her sweaty hikki hole, nibble on it while ego searching herself and taking everything she reads way too seriously, probably talk to herself and practice two dozen variations of a slightly shorter intro to pump herself up
And then, and only then, with 20 minutes left until stream, she might decide what she's actually streaming today
Luckily, Pekora's room is really hot and stuffy, and her AC is broken, so it's likely that Pekora will once again get really hot, sweaty, and stinky![Good News]
