Whatever her problems she seems a lot happier with hololive than she was before and she is the only one who seems to genuinely idolize her senpais. I don't see her quitting anytime soon and its hard to see how she might do something that would get her in real trouble.

She has been a hard working streamer for years with little success and has finally struck gold I can't imagine why she would throw it away. Also not sure where your "not passionate" comments are coming from I watch mostly Ame and Gura and they almost always seem to be having a good time and genuinely care for and appreciate their audience.

Keep in mind Callie was dirt poor before joining hololive despite her "success" and working 2 jobs. I doubt she is in a hurry to give up that sweet SC cheddar when all she has to do is get drunk and whisper suggestive things into a microphone, while pretending she didn't mean it like that.
From what I've heard of her work she has zero mainstream appeal, she tries to sound like a serious rapper but she is neither technically skilled enough for that to be impressive nor have the right persona to lend authenticity so she just ends up sounding like what she is, a little girl pretending to be a hard ass. If she embraced the moe a little more and did a different style of performance I bet shed have better luck.
