Not milky, but alternative costumes are pretty rare to find. Only few people are doing them and in many cases textures for these costumes/cards are terrible quality and/or card is paywalled behind $20+ pricetag.

If you don't like headmods, there are alternatives, but you don't find them that many. You can import textures like my Bae from MMD models to Koi, but it requires some knowledge of systems. Also, some people just don't wanna post them because original clothes/hair mods are paywalled and owners can use their army of zombies to bully these people for releasing mods for free, even though they were leaked like 20 times already.
