Sonny you always brighten my day

Otsonny!! Sons of the forest was... kinda rough I'm not gonna lie, although these big collabs tend to be a bit much for me personally anyway. Those first 20min of everyone yelling over each other almost made me skip a sonny collab for the first time in a long time but I stuck with it. Using proximity chat would have made this much, much better. I'd say it became more bearable after the first hour when sonny got his game to actually work and luca's tardwrangling efforts paid off a bit, much like last time sonny also spends a fair bit of time off on his own quietly spearfishing and killing cannibals while chaos unfolds back at camp. After some unsuccessful cave diving everyone regroups and ventures into the tundra to summit a mountain with the incredible skills of walking up a 90 degree cliff face. I think the hypothermia was getting to people, please do not eat the yellow snow... The final phase of this stream involved going back into the deep dark to save rosemi-sama from the vast coochie monster cave... I think I have heard the word coochie more than enough for today, maybe enough for a lifetime. The game does have some pretty neat enemy designs though. Now that I think about it, it's kind of impressive how little they got done in three hours. This collab had its moments like the RGB gamer bag, sonny being all too eager to kill women or him harassing kyo on multiple occasions (and big head mode automatically makes everything better) but this is... definitely an early access game alright and again, it was overwhelmingly loud at times. If they keep playing as updates come out I hope they actually use proximity chat. Despite my gripes sonny had fun in the wilderness even after the initial scuffed start, and I guess that's what matters.
