Niji had some good english talent that still managed to produce some good content despite the terrible company management, so no, I think that's a retarded line of thought. The problem is that Niji's corporate structure is about fucking over the talents to line the pockets of the upper management, and they fucked the talent over too much so now the ship is sinking. Not a problem isolated to the EN branch, either.
