It's bad because the livers do everything right and are just expected to put up with the totally arbitrary whims of management. Like with Pomu's 3D we know if it was a JP member they would've fixed it quickly. She's been asking them to fix it since the beginning of 2023 and they STILL haven't bothered to do it. It becomes impossible to function as a liver when you have no idea if your projects will ever see the light of day after investing thousands or tens of thousands of dollars. They're just expected to put in all the work and money without a guarantee of support from staff. It's gotta be so demoralizing, especially when fans see your hard work backfiring and shit on you for being passionate or "causing drama" just for loving your fans. Whenever my oshi announces working on something I get innately worried because management consistently fucks her over.
