Yes, it's deserved. Gura probably is the most experienced entertainer in Hololive, doing a variety of stuff. She's skilled at singing and has very deep meme pockets.
The fact that she's intentionally mogging herself by using only a fraction of her potential is even more outstanding. She could easily hit 5m subscribers if she wanted, but it's obvious she doesn't care about the numbers and doesn't want to be the biggest.
