JPs do it often so it hasn't gotten to them, but the highly advanced bot probably say her change the "start time" +200 days and flagged her as a spam account. It seems like the bot does this whenever a "small" account does major things for the first time. Hence here Holotalk with Fubuki getting shadowed when it hit 90k viewers
