HERE'S WHY EN CAN'T GO TO THE JP SERVER AND VICE VERSA:
Cover unironically doesn't want an EN to accidentally run into Coco/speak to Coco on the JP server when visiting. And they don't want Coco to have justification to visit the EN server, since if everyone else does and Coco is the only one who's told she can't it'd be painfully obvious. Months ago when Kiara said "they can go here and come here freely", she didn't know the extent of Coco's isolation. Now after Haachama was forced to leave, Reine and Kiara haven't server visited alone especially Reine, since she REALLY wanted to join the EN server alone, and Pekora being ignored, now it's obvious to her. Cover's justification to this is most likely when Coco said "good morning" to Aqua and then Zhangs proceeded to go to her stream and spam her and dislike her.
