It is, but it's not like they live in an extremely large or complex area.

It gets a bit more confusing when you bring in Japan/Okinawa and Atlantis, but that's because these girls seem to be petrified of exploring beyond the immediate area around their builds.

Depending on how many chunks they're loading, yes it could be, in combination with their shaders and CPUs.

If they have enough chunks loaded where it's loading Phoenixton, the main EN town, and the portal hub (which would include Kronii's bunker), it could be potentially throttling their FPS.
