I have 0 knowledge of GTA RP but based on what I have seen in other RP places, the retards who can't handle actual RP make like 99% of the people doing RP.
A lot of people treat RP as some shitty game they have to beat, meaning that they HAVE to be the strongest, richest, most influential, etc. They also tie their egos to their characters pretty hard, to the point that if the RP requires them to take an L in any way, they will get really pissy about it.
You can't have some characters start on top if you have fags like that because they don't see it as making the world more interesting, they see it as someone else getting 50 "levels" over them for free.

I think the problem with Mario Kart and other collab games is that not everyone enjoys competing with each other.
I'm sure one of the main reasons LC is so popular is that it's pure cooperation. Some might be better at surviving than others but there is no winner dominating every game and victory is a group effort.
