Sure one could argue money sinks could stop this, but there's no guarantee that everyone will use... And there are people in top20 that certainly didn't use SC's at all (which is our only money sink at the moment) and as such I imagine people that really care about their money will not use the future money sinks aswell.

Tax per transaction is actually a pretty good idea, maybe not necessarily 1% since that would be 1M at 100M networth but something like, $1000 per transaction would already be pretty good considering people up there do like 1000 - 2000 transactions per day, maybe even more. With ~65M networth I managed to do 2000 transactions just on the div day so people with like 100M probably do even more
