These are the Hololive talents named Shirakami Fubuki and Shiranui Flare. They have been hunting for a shiny pokemon for god knows how long now. They already spent 7 hours doing this earlier in the day and now they've made it to 9 hours if you include the two hours they've been at it today. Neither of them have achieved their shiny pokemon. Their sanity is non-existent at this point.
