I prefer early mornings but I rarely have the time these days.
I have no gym, no equipment, not anymore. I make do with what I have.
dips, pushups, curls, pushups, calve raises, rows, pushups, pistol squats, forearm flexes, all many reps many sets. I fucking hate cardio but good on you anon. try weightlifing, not much has given me the same euphoria. Work on those gains brother.
