I think Bae should be pregnant with 12 babies at once and this should be presented not as the classic realistically overstuffed womb like actual octuplets where the belly is longer than it is wide and it doesn't have a ton of definition. I think that her belly should be also be discolored, blushing red and completely covered in stretch marks, shiny and smooth after many repeated oilings.
