Today was a rest day but I was not tired so I ran anyway, a little over 2 miles in 30 min.
That's not much but by doing so continuously I aim to become fit so I can show up at Connect the World 2 and if the camera ever pans over me people will say

It doesn't need to be improvement in your physical health, it can be as simple as taking the garbage out of your personal space, having your clothes always clean and ironed, taking a proper shower everyday, basic steps before big ones
