Oh, you're in Europe. Yeah, you've got Italy and Spain right there anyways. The really good salt/oil cured black olives are usually Moroccan.
If you can find Palestinian green olives, and you like green olives, give them a try some time. I'm used to shopping for them like this, but now we get family-friend grown + family recipe cured shit sent fresh. I can't eat store-bought green olives anymore, it fuckin ruined them for me.

Chili oil love. I have other preferences for both "heat" and spice, but it works better for certain dishes. I'm not about to put harissa/shatta on stir fry, but I won't put chili oil on my eggs.
