powerlevel discussions involving time manipulation can get really wonky but is still pretty interesting.
My head canon is that while Kronii as a council member rules over the concept of time and she is free to manipulate its flow however she pleases but Ame abilities are based on the many universes theory therefore depending on how she decides to use them she can choose to be unaffected by its relativistic properties, this is demonstrated by the multiple Ames in existence, her ability to accelerate herself inside her frame of reference while being ignoring Newtonian laws, move across her current timeline and switch timelines at will.
In conclusion while Kronii may have godlike power over time manipulation, she cant manipulate Ame nor the source of her powers, since given Sana's lore The Ancient Ones are above the council. All in all feels like a battle between them would be a stalemate if there is no outside intervention.
