Nijisanji EN has tried to false DMCA vtuber news channels on youtube in a poor attempt to destroy potential critics against their brand. This is illegal under American law and if they are proven to be at fault, the other party can push for a perjury case against Anycolor. The rulings for false DMCA strikes have been positive for content creators like the case of Hughes v. Benjamin.

Nijisanji EN is passively encouraging their community to commit heinous crimes against Zaion as some people of questionable gender preferences on twitter have been calling for commiting false police reporting attempts at their former talent. This action is a federal crime that can result in up to 20 years behind bars. Nijisanji EN needs to put up a statement against these actions from their twitter audience or they'd be liable for their actions
