The more she has to focus on immediate gameplay, the less she can focus on making the stream special with her storytelling.
And since she always prioritizes the latter, it's her gameplay performance that will suffer much more.

Ideally she wants open-ended games, slower-paced games or easier games, so she can play well enough while still RPing.
Hence something like Rimworld, where losing can be as fun as winning, often even more so.
Losing in a metroidvania just makes you stuck and frustrates everyone involved.

She can mitigate this by actively creating a narrative around her suffering, just like she did in Construction Simulator.
But ultimately it's not optimal to what she wants to achieve in her streams.
