I think the word here is Emperor, it has alot of association with other concepts that already paint an image of what it would be like with an Emperor on the Risuner throne. Maybe change the title to a personalized thing that makes the term seem like its own thing, like Divine Ambassador of Nut or Regal Nut Authority. Something very risunery to shy away all those connotations that come with Empires nanora.
Emperor's also need some kind of way to validate their authority, which is usually the church. How the Church decides the Emperor is the Emperor is up to you but having a divine guard of blow job paladins that have had a VERY direct contact with god means that this Emperor better be able to justify that position nanora.
