Either way the timing for this is really shit, she's soured her own birthday celebration on accident. Well, not on accident, it was deliberate but under the influence of being really fucking angry. So basically an accident, since even she agrees that she shouldn't have done any of it.

I can just imagine her stress knowing that she caused a huge public drama that should've been kept inside the company. Now she'll be getting some antis shitting on her for a while, on top of her already existing Apex antis. Despite all that she's supposed to sing and dance with a smile in a few days. It's rough and I feel for her.

It's like the past 3 months have been full of misfortune, eventually culminating to this.
I'd be lying if I didn't say that my love for her hasn't dwindled significantly in the past months. With all the shit she's done, all the inconsistency in her work, endless tournaments and whatnot. I've seen the Matsuri I love in glimpses at best. Sometimes for a slightly longer period (the past 3 weeks) and sometimes for a day or two. Now this on top? Well, this incident doesn't really affect how I feel about Matsuri, in fact I really sympathize with her about this, but it's just another misfortune on top of all the shit that's happened.

I'm still sticking around though, because I thought that maybe after her birthday, after her summer vacation, she gets some energy and motivation for her work. I just want to return to comfy times where I could love her unconditionally because the positives far outweighed any negatives. Back when a tournament really meant just one week off of regular schedule, and not 2 tournaments in one month and regular schedule not existing. When she was inspired to do a variety of things and doing all of them with excellence and providing great entertainment for anyone to enjoy. I really want to see that again. I don't want to believe that this is the new Matsuri.

I was hoping to see her at her best with her birthday, because that's where she really shines the most. It's just very unfortunate that this incident accompanies it now. It'll be really rough for her, and even for the fans too. The timing is really, really bad. I hope she can deliver it with a smile.
