i have a medical condition and my body only lets me poop every 6-7 days. said poop takes me about 10 minutes and i have to weigh it out for my doctor to make sure it's not increasing in mass. it went from 5 kg at its worst and now its down to 3 kg after my recent fecal transplant. its a slow process but i hope to be able to poop normally by march of next year

Just rewatched the Sana stream to collect my thoughts about it. The one thing that really stands out to me is that she didn't want to say anything about her back pain and didn't want anybody else to say anything until she had a timeline for recovery.
Another thing that stands out is that apparently she was so retarded she actually didn't realize Twitter Spaces can be done on the phone. From the stream:

So my thought that the main reason she didn't tweet anything during this time either is probably because either a) she actively forgot because of too much sleep and focus on other things or b) was too neurotic and didn't want to concern everybody.

One last thing: Before anybody claims she's lying, I think the key thing to keep in mind here is that I HIGHLY doubt management would let her get away with a lie about something that serious. Whine all you want about her not saying anything, but it'd make no sense if management forced her to say something and she basically lied about a serious medical condition at gunpoint.
