Why do English vtubers seem to prefer streaming on Twitch?

It's a shit platform and most of their zoomer viewerbase stopped using it when they added unblockable ads. I haven't watched a Twitch stream since fucking September and every time I try I'm met with a 20 second unblockable ad so I just go back to watching Holos or Pikamee instead. The chat culture is fucking awful too but that's less relevant for small streamers I suppose.

Don't they realize they'd be more popular on Youtube?
