The world is excellent at limiting her true potential because she's kinda really bad at getting viral stuff to happen. I don't think it's a really bad thing, I think she just has to keep going at her own pace, but at the same time I don't think she has enough leeway to rest on her laurels should she choose to do so.

That's a good question and I think it's a tough one because you have to think what circumstances would exaggerate their worst characteristics.
What makes Alt!Suisei a compelling concept is that Suisei has a very unique origin story compared to other hololive members. She started from nothing, kept trying and is now one of the pride of hololive. So imaging how far someone as tenacious as her would go, or how hard life must have denied her in order to break her really gets the gears going. The way INNK treated her was shameful and bad enough that she considered quitting. Suisei at one point, legitimately thought that she wouldn't make it as a vtuber and was prepared to leave it all behind. It's that razor's edge, those two minutes to midnight, that is what sells the concept.

It's a nature vs nurture thing. So I think figuring out which chuuba can fit that same dynamic is the key. Like, in a world where Marine didnt get in, is she just a wageslave, dead inside thanks to having her mangaka dreams crushed? Or is she a ruthless and cutthroat corpo?
