Is it really "punctual" to stream 5 hours a week? I would just call that "lazy"

It's well known on youtube that if you increase your content volume, you will get less views per video. But people do that anyway because they make more money. It's better to have 20 videos with 20k views each than 2 videos with 60k views each.

There is a caveman on youtube with extremely popular videos of himself building shelters and fires outdoors. But he only puts out a single video every 3 months. If he increased his volume of videos, his views would drop a lot

In other words views are affected a lot by scarcity. The fact is that HololiveEB hardly ever streams. Their fans watch every single stream....because there's hardly any streams. But according to you, a non-streamer like Kronii who never makes any videos is much stronger than someone who actually streams 30 hours a week because her CCV is higher.
