I love pippa too, I mostly made that post because I've dealt with people in my personal life in her EXACT same situation.
People like her go through cycles of slight small changes due to temporary motivation, but then fall back because they can't commit to completely changing everything because "its too hard whats the point?". Which is unbelievably frustrating to witness in real life because you end up feeling both helpless AND trapped into babying someone.
She's made lots of progress but i already see her slipping a little bit with the whole "i have no energy when working ouy" and "how can you eat healthy when the food expires so quickly?" Here's hoping she tskes some of chats advice seriously.
