Yeah, I learned that having the body rely on supplements isn't good so I'll try to eat way more spinach and beans. If I can find some liver dishes that taste decent I'll try that too but I have childhood ptsd from my mom making me eat liver so much when I was a kid. I will try!!!! When I get my appetite back!!!!
