Hello everyone I hope the night's treating you well. It's that time of the month for the /lig/ top 20, feburary 2024 edition. As usual this is total CCV taken over the course of the month including the /lig/ qualified Vtubers who streamed at least 3 time or more this month which most liggers did. I also disqualify those who flesh stream too often, which normally is Lord Aethelstan but this last month he only fleshtubed twice so he's getting in this month. This month's "Disqualified for Fleshbag" is Onigiri, who is more of a flesh streamer that occasionally vtubes than a vtuber at this point. Seriously, she only vtubed 4 times in 28 days, every other stream was IRL shit. In Regards to Dokibird: She is included on this, however there's no easy way to track her numbers so I had to go to playboard, take her stream concurrent viewer numbers from there and average them out manually. It's not perfect but it allows us to at least have an idea of where she is at and her placement.

NOTES:

>February is traditionally a month of drops but overall we didn't see a drastic multi person double drop scenario that we were all fearing. The largest drop was Saruei, probably because MGSV is filtering the shit out of people, and even then she will likely get those viewers back once she starts playing something else.
>The Dokibird situation is a game changer for the numbers. It brings in a new ligger who will likely be a monthly top 5 going forward, and it gave a massive boost to False who covered events live to tons of attention from everyone on twitch. I doubt the momentum for False will keep up, but he's more or less established himself as the vtuber news guy now for people outside of vtubing.
>Shxtou was up 10% due to some event streams, not sure if it will be a long term up but it was enough to stop his 8 month streak of viewership loss.
>Camila continues her slow incline, finally breaking into the top 20. She's very good at networking and I can see her hanging around the bottom half of the list going forward.
>Other liggers who are up this month but not in the top 20: Grimmi (945 CCV, 108% up), Coqui (997 CCV, 27% up), Meat (811 CCV, 11% up), Hina Bo Bina (730 CCV, 14%), and Moriko (620 CCV, 24% up). Again February is a notoriously difficult month for growth so gains this month should be applauded.

yeah, and in case you are curious how the other 3am girls are doing: Callie is also up about 10% (283 CCV for 3 months) and Olivia has fucking exploded, 1,385 CCV for 3 months (up 58% from 3 month period to 3 month period), and the last two months has averaged 1.5k CCV regularly. Oli's a comet and she's got real potential to be a megastar.
