These people have made a nice sum of money during their career. They haven't exposed their real faces or names, since the VTuber business provides a veil of anonymity. When they're fed up, they can quit, get a real job, and probably have had enough money to buy a house and not pay interest on mortgage. Theoretically the more popular ones could have made enough investments to have a stable capital income (I'd imagine both Haachama and Matsuri are smart and popular enough for this).

Even if they'd be sick of their current work, they're pretty well off. How exactly would you "help" them? As long as they don't pull a Rushia and be a menhera, they should be fine.
