I'm not afraid of the physical exertion or the gross feeling of sweat all over my body. I'm afraid of it becoming routine. It takes effort on my part to do it the first couple of times but then what happens after I'm doing it every day? Then it simply becomes part of the schedule. Of the motions that I go through every waking second soullesly like a robot. Life is devoid of excitement, there is nothing left.
