Here's my blogpost then, because I couldn't do it during her birthday.
For me, it was interesting. I put in a lot of effort into her gifts and projects. I had never ever cared for someone's birthday. Not my own, not someone else's. I was probably in the same spot as Beatani. I never cared to celebrate mine, never felt particularly happy during that date, and she probably also doesn't know how to react to gifts, specially gifts that she didn't really appreciate.
It was my first time knowing the happiness of me & friends (thanks (You)-tachi) giving someone a gift and making them happy.
Never felt this way about my ex-girlfriend either.
Anyway, forget I said that last part, we're all loveless NEETs around here.
