He's a fraud and liar for starters. He makes up fake stories about "adventures" he went on and "crazy stuff" that happened, but they aren't actually true.
Regarding the mentally ill part, he has anger issues and cannot keep himself from overstepping boundaries. He literally clashed with management and Cover multiple times over his "I don't care, I know I'm not allowed to do x, but I'll do it anyway and deal with the consequences later" attitude.

Every holo should do GFE. My honest opinion.
Every single holo has fans that love her and that would love it if she gave them that kind of content. Sure it won't be the same for all and that's good, every holo has a different personality after all, but all of them should include some GFE streams in their repertoire the same way all holos should occasionally sing and perform.

You can't have multiple flavors and go "well only strawberry and vanilla should do some GFE, chocolate fans don't deserve that"
