Good morning to all of you. I hope the day finds you well and plenty motivated to write heaps of lore.

Oh that does sound good, I’ll have to try that sometime. Alternatively, I could have you feed it to me yourself.

I just can’t stand them. It’s too wet and slimy and I feel like I’m biting into water. Especially on a hamburger, I feel like it just turns the whole thing wet. Nothing against those who like them though.

>My greatest hope is that my spec bio is up to your standards.
You think too highly of me, but I very much appreciate it. Honestly this is beautiful work.
I specifically enjoy the fungi quite a bit. The description paints a very clear image in my head and the way it provides nutrition to the rest of the underworld is fascinating.
Although aggressive and clearly powerful, I think the necropotamuses are charming.
I do wish there was a little more for the bald spider monkeys describing why a primate would be living in an underground world and how that has affected the way they’ve evolved in comparison to their forest dwelling cousins, but I appreciate them nonetheless.
The Troglochuroptera has quite the repertoire of dangerous implements, very very nice.
And then the Sekiboros is most fascinating to me. Such a large creature, one that burrows, is not something I would have expected to see around here. But it is something I am very happy to see, as I find myself inspired by the boundaries you push.
I just realized I made this more of an entire review, admittedly that was not my intention. Maybe I should get to work on the creatures of /rose/, maybe the rest of the Nijicontinent should they find that of interest. I’ve been wondering what I could put in a place like mine…

Fascinating to hear, always happy to have another rep added to our little roster. Although I’m a little confused, you are referred to as dragonsister whilst being the rep for /yeah/? I would have assumed you were a Lazulight or /NijiEN/ rep based on your name.

I can agree with this. That’s actually why I purposely refrained from putting any lore into any other Niji nations, even though I very well could have. For a time I considered something like being a /NijiEN/ rep over /rose/, but I realized that even if I did so then I would be forcing the next person to take on the lore I left behind. Doesn’t sit well with me.

You’re an outlier, like the Deadbeats and a few others. Yes I am capable of talking when face to face, quite well, but I suffer greatly over text. As I’ve said, I suspect it’s due to the manner in which I write. It’s difficult for me to, as they would say, “dumb down” my words.

Fighting to the death can be wild, speaking from experience. But it’s necessary to keep the population in check. Overcrowding is already a growing issue for Tunnelhogs, they don’t want it to get worse.
ALSO I’M ON A TRAIN AGAIN LET’S PLUCKING GROW.

Indeed, these jellyfish could be simply swept away by the wind, gently dangling their tendrils down and brushing against flowers to feed and pollinate.
Alternatively for the rain forests, you could have a version of these jellyfish that have perhaps evolved to hug trees and climb around them. Just a few thoughts.

The 20s? My goodness, this timeline stuff is hard to keep track of. Alright, well. I would say then that perhaps in the early 30s /rose/ will reveal itself. Maybe… 1133 VTE?
I also wasn’t aware of us making contact with Phantomos, would you mind explaining that a touch more?
As for before the 10th, I should be returning home a day or so before that. My ability to write is currently not available. Not sure how you would want to organize that, but I’m afraid my schedule might not allow this to function properly.

Bah, sex is for total chumps. Only an absolute fool would engage in such trivial carnal desires. Which is frankly why I have a depressingly high amount of it.

Oh well, I mean in that case I’m already working on that. Sunwalkers and Tunnelhogs are two distinct cultures of the same people. Sunwalkers then have a number of tribes that have their differences and such. Tunnelhogs exist in different dome cities and have their own variations there.

Oh hey Rosemaiden. If you’re fighting Babirusas then, yeah those are pretty tough. You can fight and kill them and whatnot if you want just, you know, obviously don’t do anything silly like call it a one-sided victory.

That’s cool and all but I want the dark, gritty reality of trenches. I don’t really care for the 18th century warfare, but world war style shit? Now that’s my jam.

Currently in the process of remastering all of the biology for Rosebutas and then I’ll be remaking the lore for their society and such.
Bullet points is that /rose/ is a nation of plant humanoid theological isolationists that live underground. There’s a secondary culture of Rosebutas that live above ground in tribes. They’re also severely genocidal against animal races, but they act more cunning than brutal so it’s not like they openly brandish those genocidal ideals. I think that should suffice for a quick rundown?
