The truth that no one really wants to swallow is that hololive's gotten pretty stagnant.

1. tons of talents have started streaming less (jp AND en)
2. significantly less events lately like the minecraft sports festival
3. less new announcements of 3ds/outfits/etc since holoFES
4. no talent has spiked in popularity lately

Ever since holoFES it's just been kind of a lull. Holoearth/alt trailers were a step in the right direction, but they feel so far away still (like late 2023) and everyone sort of expects them to suck anyway.
