To be fair Takamori did NOT have a very good dynamic when it first started out. Mori did not play the part of a tsundere very well and Kiara leant a bit too much into the "obsessive love" role.
Their relationship feels much more natural these days and it feels like they are genuinly good friends.
Or at least that's how I feel as a third-party observer since neither Kiara nor Mori is my oshi, but I'd be interested to know if KFP and Deadbeats agree with my analysis.
