it will not be on Bilibili. As most of you already know, Cover corp has announced that they're developing their own streaming platform, and that will open the doors for the girls (and homos) to stream to CN viewers without having to deal with Bilibili's shit.
Because it will most likely be a platform exclusive to Hololive production, they won't have to deal with all sorts of censorship from the CCP blocking their platform due to political statements or "touchy" subjects made by 3rd party content creators. It's possible they'll face the same requirements as YT/FB and other platforms have faced which would require them to disclose CN viewers data to the CCP and/or keep those servers hosted in China and pay taxes to them. EU is also trying to implement similar policies regarding FB, so it's nothing new. I don't expect this to come sooner than 2025, but at this point it's a matter of time until they go back there one way or another, and Yagoo will once again humiliate riku just like he did with ID. I don't think holo content will change a bit because they're already heavily filtered in what they say or do.
