I like Bealz, she is a sweet entertaining girl, but she seriously works much better as an ensemble/sidekick than a solo talent.
I guess she already knows that since she is clearly trying to build something with Gura from what she herself told us, something that will benefit both like it did with PekoMoona and Coco/Kanata.
She is entertaining enough to hold a decent stream, but it was night and day when Gura or even Kronii was there with her.

So why is Cover splitting them up anyway?

It does have the same artificially manufactured feel as something like Takamori, but its something that is at least not part of their original vanilla lore, which means other things can be added to make the characters feel more like their vtuber counterparts.
Also, considering that ID and EN branches are already confirmed to not be part of this thing, and thus Pekora's actual friend will not make the cut, its something at least.

Bitch, how did that stop Moona pretty much interacting with everyone despite not speaking the language? Thats what made it interesting to begin with.
All JP holos love trying their English with the IDs whenever they can, and I'm sure the EN would love to try to communicate by practicing their Japanese.
