The difference between her and Kobo/Bijou is that she's actually very mature in comparison. These two can't turn off the brat mode because they're both brainrotted zoomers. Gura on the other hand dripfeeds it to her audience very naturally and in a playful way. She's also an introvert, so showing this side of her personality is a sign of intimacy with the audience and her personal friends. She feels genuine while the other brats try too hard to please their audience.

Now don't get me wrong, I like them all, but Gura is just... better.
