You're thinking of it backwards. It's because she is so good at making it to call-in streams that she just assumed other people had the same level of awareness that she does. I think partly people also feel the need to be "invited" to these things, even though everyone is in the same company, whereas for Amelia she's assertive enough to just "show up" to someone else's totsu because she thinks that's the whole idea of it (she's kind of right). With her I think a lot of the people who might have called in were just shy about it because they didn't already have a relationship with Ame, kind of like how Reine was reluctant to call in. You're right to say she's "adorably ignorant."

Youtube is 100x better since adblock always works there and streams can be rewound to the beginning. It's already took one of twitch's two good features (that being clipping) and only needs to get around to someone's member emotes being universal to chats.
