My suspicion is that the original intent for this trip was for Okayu and Korone going together with Lui and Miko, the latter two being the plus ones of cat and dog. But then Okayu couldn't make it so Korone, Miko, and Lui all went together without cat.

It's hard to get excited for these things anymore because all the 3D concerts are the same. Even with their new studio they haven't upped their game in terms of content or quality, and I have no idea why. Some holos are more creative or different with their 3D events like Marine but I don't expect that from Lui - not hating on Lui herself.
I'm only interested in the part where Okayu appears.
