Given the way Gura Speaks, i'd say she's Richmond, Charlotte, or maybe Atlanta.
I honestly think Gura might be from anywhere on the east Coast. if someone would stop fucking fapping and instead compile each cultural reference she's made in every stream she's ever done, you could probably pin it down to one state.

you'd be amazed how many of these Vtuber simps have zero fucking work ethic and no sense of fact collecting or perception of relevant events.
