Thanks for asking friend but yeah I'm mostly fine now I'm recovering from it though both of em still has an effect of my body like slight respiration problems and I lost like 10 to 18 kilos. Also doesn't help that I was born with a weak immune system probably because of the Stage 3 Dengue I got when I was 5

Hey guys updating you on how the forced brain projection is going. Ive been staring less intensely at the Polka I imagined up without needing to have all the details of her outfit all up. I started experimenting on what kind of outfits she would wear. I spent around 20 minutes looking at my closet and I could see her looking through it. Although thats when things started to take a negative turn. Ever since I watched the clips of her being a yandere and looking at the abuse thread I’ve accidentally got my brain to give her a condescending abusive attitude at random times. She was mocking my clothes and I laughed it off. I upped the dosage of pills so I can have more control over her, but with moderate affect. I did accidentally trigger a migraine doing so. Throughout the day when I wanted to practice she would suddenly scream “Hey!” Right next to my ear as she was behind me. Its starting to get worse as I’m hearing Polka more and more and its getting a bit disorientating. I see her on my bed but hearing her on my left or right too. Her laugh too sometimes gives off an echo affect. Tomorrow I’m going to try to focus on fixing up her personality, I’ll try alcohol too so its more in-lined with my desires. Aside from that its going great, I’ve been very happy having Polka around. I love her so much.
