There are no plans for STARS EN if there were do you seriously think YAGOO and Shinove would've waited this long to debut them especially after the success of EN gen 1 and Roberu (while not EN speaks to his kaigai fans and is one of the better performers)

It's not only not going to happen it will probably never happen. And even assuming it does Niji will probably fuck up like they did with their original EN branch, they will fail to market properly and gain fans. COVER does a better job of getting their talent where they feel they need to be to succeed no matter the branch, Niji just throw shit at walls and hope it sticks and if it does they still move on to other things instead of investing.

Enough of Niji EN it's not worth mentioning even the main branch hasn't been able to produce a single 1 mil millstone talent.
