That particular kind of picky eater who eats like shit is often really skinny, I used to be just like that before joining the army where I was forced to work out and my need for sustenance overpowered my picky eating, so I gladly ate things I wouldn't touch before like canned tuna and eggs in any form. (hardboiled, scrambled, omelette, you get it.)
I was 60kg before and ~75kg after. (1.8m for reference)
